The Challenge

After working with Clarity for the previous 2 years, our creative event service experts were tasked to produce a stand that matched the new Clarity strapline ‘change the game’ at the UK’s biggest business travel show.

What we did

  • After studying the previous year’s trade show visitor activity with our insight team, we helped to secure a central location with the most footfall at London’s Olympia.
  • The key objective was to create a cinema type experience that offered the stand visitors a welcoming environment where they were introduced to the Clarity Meetings and events offering.
  • The stand also had several breakout points with digital points for individual meetings, another key insight from the previous years show.
